There are days that you just feel down.  You can't pull yourself up, you can't get out of your own way.  It's just a big pile of craziness swirling around you and you're trying to stay calm in the eye of the storm.

It's easy to say to be inspired by yourself but sometimes when you're in the middle of it, you can't be.  You are trying to pull yourself out of what isn't making you feel good and you need help.

Find your inspiration.  Whether it be a person, a poem, a painting, nature, book, show, music - whatever it is.  Find something that lifts you, floats you, makes you feel full with beautiful energy.

Staying in a place that you don't want to is only going to sink you deeper into it.  It's like a car that is stuck in mud - you may have to spin your tires, you may have to rock the car, you may need someone to push you out of it - but you know you can't stay there.

Be inspired - find a way to fill your heart with the energy you want to live.  So what if it's outside?  Once you are touched by it, you make it a part of you.  And that creates inspiration from within.  The two can't be separated.
