How to get a good psychic reading
There
are many psychics, tarot, medium, angel and many other modality readers out
there. It's hard to sometimes decide who to read with and what kind of reading
you should get. Some folks are even scared to get a reading because of what the
psychic receives for information. Know that whatever a reader receives for
information is just a snapshot of what is going on today. What you choose to do
with that information, whether good or bad, is up to you. Your destiny is in
your own hands.
If
you're interested in receiving a reading, here are some tips to make sure you
get the best information possible:
Make
sure you really want the reading. If you really don't want to be read, don't
let anyone talk you into it, even if they offer to pay. Tell him or her you'll
take a rain check. More often than not, a reader will struggle to make a
connection with you because your motives are not really to be read but to
please or to quiet the other person. You have to be open to receive a reading
and willing to make a connection with the reader so information can come
through.
Be
honest. There will be times the reader gets information that confuses them
because it's information only you would understand. For example, a reader may
get some symbol or picture that doesn't make sense and may ask you if it
resonates with you.
For
example, I once got a picture of a Stop Sign. I would interpret this as to stop
doing something. The client told me about a scenario where they were with
someone who had crossed over who pointed out a Stop Sign right before they got
into an accident. The person did not want to come through other than to show me
that symbol.
If
a reader asks you a question, be honest in your answer. Tell them if it makes
sense or not. There are a lot of clients that will lie to "test the
reader". If you are not sure whether or not you're going to get a good
reading, ask if there is a money back guarantee or don't go at all.
Relax!
There is no reason to be nervous. A reader cannot see anything that you don't
want them to see. Honestly. Also, ethical readers will not discuss your reading
with anyone else (unless it is something that has to be reported by law).
Readers are here to help you, not to judge you.
Tell
the reader a topic or a specific question to focus on instead of asking for
general information. Giving the reader a topic is more helpful than just
saying, "I want a general reading." If you stick to general, the
reading will give you high-level information or information you really weren't
looking for that day. Tell the reader what you're looking for; even if it's
several topics, they have a place to focus.
Leave
enough time between readings. Unless there is a major change or you have
something different you want to focus on, wait at least 3 months for a reading.
It won't give you enough time to implement or work on the information that came
up in the reading if you go back too quickly. Save your money.
It's
okay if you want to ask a reader questions about their experience or reading
style before you have a reading with him or her. Most readers will be happy to
discuss their experience and expertise. All readers are not the same nor for
everyone. While going to a reader is fun, treat it with respect because you'll
be amazed at what you'll get.
