I see the beauty in me,

in all of me, who I am.

Every experience,

every person I have met,

ever lesson I have learned,

have shaped me into me.

 

I see the beauty in me,

even when I haven't been

at my best or highest,

or when I've hurt or

fallen down on my promises.

 

I see the beauty in me,

when I have healed,

when I have helped,

when I have done all I can.

Because both sides are me.

 

I see the beauty in me,

no matter who sees it too,

because it is all of me

that is beautiful,

how I look, who I am,

what I embrace -

all of it is me.

 

I see the beauty in me

so I can see the beauty in you.

In all that you are,

in all you show me

and don't show me.

You are beautiful too.

Believe in your beauty,

see the beauty in you.
