For those of you who are 80s music fans, you know that it was Axl Rose who sang "All we need is just a little patience."  Sometimes, even a little patience is too much to ask.

We let doors shut behind us, we speed by a broken down car and we get aggravated with the person behind the cash register who is moving slow.  It is more often that not we are caught up in our own world and what we need before we think about circumstances with others.
