Back in the day, remember when a parent would yell "Slow Down!  You're going to hurt yourself!"  You might have thought "Oh, c'mon, I'm having fun!  I don't want to slow down!"

As we get older, we still are going pretty fast.  It may not be as fun as it used to be, though.  We have work, appointments, projects, driving people here, helping people there.  We are always on the go - there is not much that we can't do, sure, but do we have to do it all?
