I am really blessed to have moments where I get an idea and then the possibilities start rushing through.  I wrote something recently that inspired me to start working on a coaching program to offer in 2011.  Off I go, generating all kinds of ideas and tasks to create this program.

I Can't Hear You

There is more media around us that ever before.  The TV, the radio, our blackberry, the internet, ITunes, youtube, craigslist, google - just to name a few.  There are hundreds of websites out there for us to research things we want to know more about.  Multiple news sources, books, newspapers - tons of information at our fingertips.  Amazing, yes.
 
One of the things that found, though, with all these distractions around us, the voice inside us is barely at a whisper.

a distraction for your mind
embrace what is positive
